Affordable Mediation – Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
Intake Interview
$165 inc GST
Including issuing invite by phone, email or ordinary post.
Each party must undertake an Intake Interview
4 hour Mediation (1/2 day)
$990 inc GST
A 4 hour session.
Morning tea, afternoon tea or supper supplied, if in person.
Room hire charges may apply.
$500 cancellation fee applied if cancelled within 7 days
Full Day Mediation (8 Hours)
$1870 inc GST
An 8 hour session.
Light Lunch, Morning tea, afternoon tea or supper supplied, if in person.
Room hire charges may apply.
$500 cancellation fee applied if cancelled within 7 days
Section 60I Certificate
$110 inc GST
Issue section 60I Certificate to both parties
Travel
To be agreed
We are happy to travel to facilitate your mediation at a location outside of Townsville.
Travelling fee to be agreed depending upon location.
Flexible Price Mediation
$330 inc GST per hour
If you do not wish to take advantage of our full and half day mediation package, then we offer mediation sessions on an hourly basis.
Minimum charge of 1.5 hours including 1/2 hour preparation and 1 hour mediation session.
Intakes still required.
Affordable Parenting Coordination
Intake Session
$330 inc GST
Each parent must attend an intake session. This is an individual session, which will be 60 to 90 minutes.
This is the cost per session.
Joint or Individual Sessions
$330 inc GST per hour
The cost of these sessions are normally shared.
Eg. Joint appointment of 90 minutes will be $495 (including GST). If shared 50:50 each party will pay $247.50
Other time in your matter
$330 inc GST per hour
The cost of this time is normally shared.
Time spent reviewing documents, participating in interviews, phone conferences, telephone calls (the preceding 3 items of work being outside intake sessions or organized joint sessions), mail or electronic communications with lawyers, parties or necessary third parties, and the deliberation and drafting of decisions
